Some of my ancestors weren't allowed to believe otherwise, without risking

Which is basically why science is at odds with religion. Scienctific theory
must be testable before theory is accepted as fact. Theories about
supernatural creators have yet to be testable, therefore remain in the
domain of belief. If there was testability then religion wouldn't need
faith, would it?
