Default Re: VISTA (does not boot) get a BLUE SCREEN

Hi.
I have the exact same problem with my Gateway Laptop (NT6839B)
I have been reading these threads and following the instrctions - all
are very interesting and I am sure very helpful to most people - but
my problem still remains.
The same Blue Screen and error code: 0x0000c1f5 and I have no idea
what to do next.
My Son (who can build computers - and does for his friends) has
followed
all the instructions from you guys and what he already knows and he is
going to remove the Hard drive and copy all my Data to his Comp' which
runs Windows XP.
Then I'll need to know how to reconfigure the Laptop so it is useable
again.

Thank's for any help you guys can offer.
John.
