I'm having weird issues with the preview pane in Vista. When I open games,
and turn on the preview pane for the games folder, it will turn the preview pane on with some other folders as well. (Folders that are in an entirely different location - even a different drive partition.) Likewise, if I shut off the preview pane, it will shut it off in the other folders as well. Thanks Vista Home Premium SP1 - 64-bit Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 8GB of RAM NVIDIA 8800GT Seagate 500GB SATAII 32MB cache hard drive - C: 300GB; D: 165GB 2 DVD burners |

Hello Nerd, The Preview Pane settings is universal for all windows with the same folder template. If you turn in on or off in one window folder template, it will also be applied in all windows that have the same folder template. You can work around this by changing the folder template, for the window that you want different than the others, to a different template. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/11...-explorer.html Hope this helps, Shawn Nerd;921995 Wrote: > I'm having weird issues with the preview pane in Vista. Weird... I didn't change anything at all, and this time it didn't affect
the other folders. Strange, iIt may have had a different folder template than the others. I'm happy to hear that it is working for you this time around. Shawn Nerd;922118 Wrote: > Weird...
